Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of performance marketing experience (paid social)
- Expert in paid social advertising, how eCommerce finance relates to media buying, ad funnels
- T-shaped understanding of eCommerce marketing (knowledge on retention marketing, CRO,influencer marketing, organic, and how this all fits together).
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience scripting/directing eCommerce paid advertising creative
- Must have agency or brand experience
- Experience managing team members preferred (eg editors)
